Product description of the mango processing line
Our mango processing line is capable of producing a wide range of final products using raw mango as the primary ingredient. Our processing line is specifically designed to produce sterilized drum bags for final products, including but not limited to mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate paste, mango sauce, mango juice, and mango beverages. By utilizing our mango processing line, the production capacity and variety of mango-based products can be significantly increased.
Our processing line for mango primarily comprises a raw mango receiving system, washing system, sorting system, stone removal system, preheating system, pulping and refining system, filtration system, concentration system, sterilization system, and aseptic filling system. With the aid of these systems, the sterilized drum bags can be filled to obtain the final product.

1. Discharge platform
Raw mangoes are typically transported to our facility by large trucks, which can make unloading them manually a challenging task. To address this issue, we have developed a specialized drainage platform that utilizes water guns to facilitate the unloading process. This same platform can also be used to pre-wash the mangoes prior to processing. With this innovative solution, we are able to streamline the unloading and pre-processing stages of our production line, ensuring that the mangoes are ready for further processing in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Thorough washing of fresh fruits is essential prior to the crushing process. Our cleaning methods include the use of bubble washers and brush & spray washers. For clients with higher cleaning standards, additional cleaning stages can be added. Furthermore, we offer optional ultrasonic and ozone cleaning methods to enhance the cleaning efficacy of our process.
4. Sorting
Following the washing process, the surfaces of the fruits are clean, and our staff conduct a visual inspection of all fruits to assess their condition. Any defective tomatoes are identified and manually sorted out by our team. We take great care throughout the entire process to ensure that only high-quality fruits are utilized in our production line, ensuring the quality and safety of our final products.
5. Destoning
Our mango remover operates at a speed of 1470 r/min, effectively crushing the fresh mango to ensure that both the core and skin are thoroughly cleaned. This process minimizes waste and maximizes pulp yield, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective production process. The core is extracted from the mill and the pulp is pumped to the next stage of the production line.
6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 r / min, which creates centrifugal force and allows the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. And usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The screens for each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen and the second stage has a smaller screen. Two-stage pulp making machines for tomato pulp can reach 60% -75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. The machine operates with high capacity and stable performance. It is easy to operate and the sieve can be replaced. Suitable for a wide variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
9. Sterilizing
Mango pulp puree is sterilized using a tube-in-tube type sterilizer. Sterilization temperature and retention time are adjustable. Using this machine, the tomato paste is held at a very high temperature of around 115 ° C for 30 seconds and immediately cooled to ambient temperature. This method can also test tomato paste and protect nutrients as much as possible. The entire system employs programmable control. The operating system employs an image man-machine interface that is convenient for intuitively grasping the operating status of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine works in conjunction with a tube-in-tube sterilizer. It's a closed cycle. Before production, the cycle is fully sterilized to ensure an aseptic environment. The filling cavity is also vapor protected, keeping the filling environment sterile. Security - Provides several security methods. Using mirror welding technology to ensure a clean and smooth weld line. Independent control panel. CIP and automatic SIP can be used with sterilizers. 11. Storage or go blending
